As new users sign up with MostLogin, three default folders have been created, and in each folder there's a profiles as well. Users can edit or delete the folders.

1. How to add a folder?

  • Folder name:
Enter a name (max 50 characters).

  • Color:
Select a folder color to visually distinguish it. You can choose from four preset options.

  • Custom order:
Set a numeric value (0-999,999,999) to define the folder’s display order. This is helpful for manually sorting folders.

  • Confirm / Cancel:

    • Click Confirm to create the folder.

    • Click Cancel to discard and close the dialog without saving changes.

2. How to edit a folder or folders?

2.1 Edit a folder

  • Locate the Folder: Find the folder you wish to edit (e.g., "E-commerce" or "Social media").

  • Access Options: Click on the three vertical dots (kebab menu icon) located in the top-right corner of the folder card.

  • Select "Edit": A dropdown menu will appear. Click on the "Edit" option.

  • Folder Info:

    • Folder Name: Modify the name of your folder by typing in the text field next to the folder icon. For example, you can change "E-commerce" to "Online Store."

  • Custom Order:

    • Order Number: Adjust the numerical value in the "Custom order" field. This allows you to set a specific display order for your folders. A lower number indicates higher priority or an earlier position in the list.

  • Edit Color:

    • Change Folder Color: Below the "Folder Info" section, you will see a "Edit color" dialog. Click on one of the colored folder icons to change the visual color of your folder.

      • After selecting a new color, click the "Confirm" button within the "Edit color" dialog to apply the color change.

2.2 Edit multiple folders

  • Select Folders: Check the box in the top-left corner of each folder card you wish to edit. You can also click the "Select all" checkbox at the top-left of the folder list to select all folders.

  • Access Batch Operations: Once one or more folders are selected, a "Batch ops" dropdown button will become active in the top menu bar. Click this button.

  • Select "Edit": From the "Batch ops" dropdown menu, click on the "Edit" option.

Batch editing folders is the same as editing one folder.

You can change the Folder name, Icon color as well as the Custom order.
