Folders can be assigned to other team members for accessing the profiles in the folders.
1. Accessing the "Assign folders" function
To assign folders, you first need to select the folders you want to reassign. This is done from the main "Folders" tab.
Select folders: Check the box in the top-left corner of each folder card you wish to assign. You can also click the "Select all" checkbox at the top-left of the folder list to select all folders.
Access batch operations: Once one or more folders are selected, a "Batch ops" dropdown button will appear in the top menu bar. Click this button.
Select "Assign folders": From the "Batch ops" dropdown menu, click on the "Assign folders" option.
This action will open the "Assign folders" dialog box.
2. Reviewing selected folders
When the "Assign folders" dialog opens, you will see a "Selected folders" section at the top.
Verify selection: Review the list of folders displayed here to ensure all the intended folders are selected for assignment.
3. Assigning folders to a team member
The "Assign to" section allows you to choose which existing team member or user will be assigned the selected folders.
Select team member(s):
Select all: Check the "Select all" checkbox if you want to assign the folders to all listed enabled team members.
Individual selection: Alternatively, manually check the box next to each specific team member you want to assign the folders to from the list (e.g., "MostLogin-manager", "MostLogin-admin").
Search for a team member (optional): If you have many team members, use the "Select" search bar to quickly find a specific team member by typing their name or email address.
Team member status: Notice the "Enabled" status next to each team member's email, which indicates they are active and can receive assignments.
4. Confirming the assignment
After you have reviewed the selected folders and chosen the team member(s) for assignment:
Click the blue "Confirm" button at the bottom-right of the dialog box.
The folders will be reassigned to the selected team member(s). A confirmation message may appear, or the folder list may update to show the new assignments.
If you wish to cancel the operation, click the "Cancel" button.
