When you want to revoke certain folders' access from team members, there are two way to you can do so.

1. Revoke a single folder's access from a team member

  • Locate the folder: Navigate to Folders tab, locate the folder you want to revoke access users from.

  • Identify the assigned member: Look for the "Assigned" field or a similar indicator that shows which team members have access. In the image, there's an icon that, when clicked, reveals the assigned members.

  • Click to manage access: Click on the area that displays the currently assigned team member(s).

  • Remove the team member: A pop-up will appear listing the team members with access. Next to the name of the team member you wish to remove (e.g., "MostLogin-manager"), you will see an "X" icon.

  • Confirm revocation: Click the "X" icon next to the team member's name.

You will be asked for a confirmation before revoking access. Click Confirm to continue.

⚠️ Warning: Access revoked: The team member's access to that specific folder will be immediately revoked. They will no longer be able to access the content of that folder.

2. Revoke multiple folders' access from multiple team members

  • Navigate to the "Folders" tab: Ensure you are on the "Folders" tab, as indicated in the image.

  • Select the folders to unassign:

    • You can select individual folders by clicking the checkbox next to each folder's name (e.g., next to "E-commerce" or "Coin list").

    • To select all folders, click the "Select all" checkbox located above the list of folders.

  • Click "Batch ops": Once you have selected the desired folders, click the "Batch ops" dropdown button. This button is typically located in the toolbar above the folder list.

  • Select "Batch unassign": From the dropdown menu that appears, click on "Batch unassign."

You will see this pop-up window.

  • Review selected folders: First, verify that the "Selected folders" listed at the top of the pop-up are indeed the ones you intend to unassign.

  • Choose team members to unassign from:

    • To unassign from all listed team members: Click the "Select all" checkbox in the "Unassign from" section.

    • To unassign from specific team members: Click the checkbox next to each individual team member's name you wish to unassign the folders from (as highlighted by the red box in the image).

  • Confirm the action: Once you have made your selections, click the "Confirm" button at the bottom right of the pop-up.

    • If you decide not to proceed with the unassignment, click the "Cancel" button.

⚠️ Warning: After clicking "Confirm," the selected folders will be unassigned from the chosen team members. These team members will no longer have access to those specific folders.
