Manage your personal MostLogin account details including account name, email, team name and third-party login info.

1. Change account name

Navigate to your account settings page, click on the "Account info" tab.

  • Open the change popup

    • Find the "Account name" field

    • Click the edit icon (pencil) next to your current account name

  • Enter new account name

    • Type your new desired account name.

    • Note: You have a 30-character limit (shown as "9 / 30" in the example).

    • The new account name will be checked for duplication.

  • Save changes

    • Click the "Confirm" button to save your new account name.

    • Or click "Cancel" if you want to keep your current name unchanged.

2. Change email

Once the "Change email" dialog box appears, follow these steps:

  • Current email: This field displays your existing email address for your reference. You cannot edit this field.

  • New email*:

    • In the "Please enter new email" field, type the new email address you wish to associate with your MostLogin account. This is a mandatory field.

  • Requirements:

    • The new email is not currently used as account email in MostLogin.

  • Verification code*:

    • Click the "Send code" button. A verification code will be sent to your new email address.

    • Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from MostLogin containing the verification code.

    • In the "Please enter verification code" field, type the code you received. This is a mandatory field.

  • Password*:

    • In the "Please enter password" field, type the password for your current MostLogin account. This is required to confirm your identity and authorize the email change.

    • You can click the eye icon (πŸ‘οΈ) to toggle the visibility of the password if you need to double-check your entry.

  • Confirm the change:

    • After filling in all the required fields (new email, verification code, and your current password), click the "Confirm" button.

Once the email is successfully changed, you can login with the new email. All other verifications will be sent to the new email too.

3. Change team name

The team name is set when you register with MostLogin. It is initially the same as your registered account name. You can edit accordingly in Account info.

The team name is used for when you invite team members. They will receive an email indicating that the invitation comes from your [Team name].

4. Change third-party login

4.1 Bind third-party login

If you used third-party method to sign-up with MostLogin, it will be automatically be bound as your third-party login method.

If you signed up with your email address, you can bind third-party login for easier access.

At the third-party login section, click the [Bind Google account] button.

You will be directed to Google's page. Select which account you'd like to bind as your third-party login method, or click [Use another account] for an alternative account.

For first time authorization, you will need to click Continue to proceed.

If the Google account can be used as a third-party login, after the binding process is completed, you will see a success page like below.

4.2 Unbind third-party login

  • Locate the third-party account you wish to unbind (e.g., the Google account shown).

  • Click on the "Unbind" text icon next to the third-party account. This action will open the "Unbind Google account" confirmation popup.

Confirming the Unbind Action

Once the "Unbind Google account" popup appears, review the information carefully:

  • Warning message: The dialog box displays an important warning: "After unbinding, you won't be able to log in with your Google account as third-party login method. Are you sure to unbind?"

    This reiterates that if you unbind, you will lose the convenience of logging in with that linked Google account.

  • Confirmation buttons:

    • Cancel: If you decide not to unbind the account, click the "Cancel" button. The popup will close, and your third-party account will remain linked.

    • Confirm: If you are certain you want to unbind the account, click the blue "Confirm" button.

After successfully unbinding, you will no longer be able to log in with the third-party account.

This will not affect your main email if it's the same as your third-party login email.
