Can I delete a team member?

A normal status team member can only be deleted if their status is "Disabled" and they are not the owner of any folders.

1. Disable a member

  • Locate the member you wish to delete in the table.

  • In the "Operations" column for that member, click the "Delete" (trash can) icon.

  • A confirmation prompt will appear. Click [Confirm] to disable the member.

2. Delete a member

Once the member's status is set to "Disabled", you can try and delete the member. Although, there are criteria to be met.

Make sure they don't own any folders under their name.

All their other data assets will be deleted.

  • If there are proxies being used in profiles, the proxy will be replaced with "direct".

  • If there are group extensions being used in profiles, the group will be removed.

โš ๏ธ This action is irreversible. If you want the member to join your team again, you will need to start the invitation process again.
