Todo Feature β Operation Guide
Product: MostLogin Test v2.2.3 Β |Β Module: Profiles β Todo Β |Β Environment: testwebapp.mostlogin.com
The Todo feature lets you attach a short task note (with priority P0 / P1 / P2) to any browser profile. Todos are visible both inline in the Profiles table and in a dedicated Todo list modal, so you can track follow-up work per profile at a glance.

1. What you can do
2. Open the Todo list
Step 1. From the left sidebar, click Profiles to enter the Profiles workbench.
Step 2. On the top toolbar, click the Todo list button (clipboard icon, near the right side).
A modal titled Todo list opens, showing all todos.

3. Understand the Todo list layout
Status tabs at the top: All N Β Todo N Β Done N β click any tab to filter. The number in each tab updates live.
Priority filter (top-right dropdown): filter the list by P0 P1 P2.
Each row contains, from left to right:
A checkbox β use it (or the header checkbox) to select multiple todos for bulk operations.
A hollow circle β click to mark the todo as done / not done.
A priority badge: P0 critical, P1 high, P2 normal.
The title (bold) and an optional description (gray, smaller).
4. Mark a todo as done (or reopen it)
Step 1. In the Todo list, find the todo you want to complete.
Step 2. Click the hollow circle to the left of the priority badge.
The circle fills in, the title turns gray with a strikethrough, the Todo counter decreases by 1, and the Done counter increases by 1.
Reopen: Click the filled circle again on the Done tab (or All tab) to move it back to Todo.

5. Create or edit a todo for a profile
Todos are attached to individual profiles. You create or edit them from the Profiles table itself:

Step 1. In the Profiles table, scroll to the profile and look at the Todo column (right side).
Step 2. Hover over that cell. If a todo already exists, a small pencil icon appears on the right. If the cell is empty, click anywhere in it.
Step 3. The Edit todo dialog opens. Fill in:
Priority & Title * (required): choose P0 / P1 / P2 from the dropdown, then type a title (max 50 characters; a live counter shows
n / 50).Description (optional): add a longer note. Use the Enter key for line breaks.
Step 4. Click Confirm to save, or Cancel to discard.
Priority meaning: P0 urgent / blocking Β P1 important Β P2 normal / backlog.
6. Delete a todo
Step 1. Hover the profile's Todo cell and click the pencil icon to open the Edit todo dialog.
Step 2. Click the red trash-can icon at the bottom-left of the dialog.
Step 3. Confirm any prompt that appears. The todo is removed and the counters update.
7. Bulk-select todos in the list
Use the checkboxes on the left of each row (or the header checkbox to select all) to pick multiple todos. Selected rows are highlighted in blue. This is handy for reviewing several items at once; the header checkbox toggles all rows on the current page.
8. Where else you see todos
Profiles table β Todo column: each profile row shows its todo inline as a colored P-badge + truncated title. Hover for the full title tooltip; the circle here also completes/uncompletes the item.
Todo list modal: the unified view across all profiles, with tabs and priority filtering.
9. Quick tips
Title is limited to 50 characters β keep it short; put details in the Description.
Only one todo per profile in this version β editing replaces the existing one.
Completed todos are not deleted; they move to the Done tab so you keep history.
Use P0 for things that block a launch, P1 for this-sprint work, P2 for nice-to-haves.
