Dashboard User Guide

Welcome to the MostLogin Dashboard. This page provides a quick overview of your account status, subscription resources, and recent activities.

Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is divided into four main sections:

• Balance

• Seats

• Profile Usage

• Cloud Phone Data

• Recent Order Activities

It also provides shortcuts for purchasing additional resources and managing coupons.

Quick Actions

Several quick access buttons are available for expanding your resources.

Get More Profiles

Purchase additional browser profiles or upgrade your current subscription plan.

Get Devices

Acquire more cloud phone devices for mobile account operations.

Get More Seats

Increase team member capacity for collaboration.

View Coupons

Review available coupons and promotional offers that can be applied to future purchases.

Balance

The Balance card displays your current account balance.

Information displayed includes:

• Available funds

• Top-up shortcut

• Balance history access

Top Up Balance

Click Top up to recharge your account balance.

Supported payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Balance History

Select Balance history to review previous top-ups, payments, and deductions.

Seats

The Seats section provides an overview of your team capacity.

Displayed information includes:

• Total seats purchased

• Assigned seats

• Available seats

The progress bar visually indicates current seat usage.

Click the section to open detailed seat management.

Profile Usage

This section summarizes browser profile consumption.

Metrics include:

This information helps monitor resource allocation across your workspace.

Cloud Phone Data

Cloud phone resources are displayed separately.

Metrics include:

Purchased Devices

Number of physical or virtual cloud phone devices purchased.

Number of cloud environments currently available.

Selecting this section opens detailed cloud phone management.

Recent Order Activities

This panel records your latest transactions and subscription activities.

Examples include:

• Balance top-ups

• Profile subscriptions

• Seat purchases

• Device purchases

• Subscription renewals

Each activity displays:

• Order type

• Amount

• Creation time

• Current status

Recommended Usage Flow

For new users, we recommend the following workflow:

1. Top up your balance.

2. Subscribe to a profile plan.

3. Purchase additional seats if collaboration is needed.

4. Acquire cloud phone devices when required.

5. Monitor resource usage regularly through the Dashboard.

6. Review recent activities to track billing and subscriptions.
