The "Password autofill" section in MostLogin allows you to store login credentials (URLs, usernames, and passwords) that can be automatically filled into web forms when you navigate to the corresponding websites within your profiles. This can save time and improve efficiency.

To access these settings, click on the "Settings" option in the left-hand navigation pane, and then select the "Password autofill" tab at the top.

Adding a new autofill entry

  1. Initiate the Add process:

    • On the "Password autofill" tab, click the blue "+ Add" button located in the top right corner. This will open the "Add" dialog box, as shown in the image.

  2. Fill in the required information in the "Add" dialog:

    • URL*: In the "Enter URL" field, type the full URL of the website where you want the credentials to be autofilled. This is a mandatory field.

      • Example: https://www.example.com/login

    • Username*: In the "Enter username" field, type the username for the account on the specified website. This is a mandatory field.

      • Example: your_username

    • Password*: In the "Enter password" field, type the password for the account. This is a mandatory field.

      • You will see an eye icon next to the password field. Clicking this icon will toggle the visibility of the password, allowing you to see what you are typing or to ensure it's correct.

  3. Confirm and save:

    • Once you have entered all the required information, click the blue "Confirm" button. This will add the new autofill entry to your list.

    • If you decide not to add the entry, click the "Cancel" button to close the dialog box without saving.

    • You can also click the "X" icon in the top right corner of the dialog box to close it without saving.

Managing Existing Autofill Entries (General Information)

After adding entries, they will appear in a table format with columns for "URL," "Username," and "Password." There will also be an "Operations" column, which contains actions "Edit" and "Delete" for managing each individual entry.

Your password autofill edit will be saved automatically without having to click the Save button like in other tabs.
