When opening profiles, there are several reasons which could result in opening failure.
When this happens, please check your <Settings - Global settings - Profile opening preferences>.
1. Do Not Open on Proxy Network Error
What it does:
Prevents a profile from opening if the proxy connection fails.
Why it matters:
If the browser opens without a working proxy, your real IP address may be exposed to websites, which can lead to account bans or tracking.
When this is triggered:
Proxy server is offline
Proxy authentication fails
Network timeout occurs
Incorrect proxy configuration
What should you do?
First, please check your local network and make sure it's connect to the internet.
Please also check your proxy itself, make sure it's not expired or the proxy provider service is down. Please contact your proxy provider if needed.
2. Do Not Open Profiles If Proxy IP Changes (Any Change)
What it does:
Blocks profile opening if the proxy IP is different from the previously assigned IP.
Why it matters:
Sudden IP changes can alert platforms that the account environment has changed, increasing the risk of detection or account restrictions.
When this is triggered:
Rotating proxies switch to a new IP
Proxy provider refreshes IP pools
Manual proxy replacement
Recommended setting:
✅ Enable when managing sensitive accounts requiring stable IP environments.
⚠️ Disable only if you intentionally use rotating proxies.
3. Do Not Open Profiles If Proxy IP Country/Region Changes
What it does:
Stops profiles from opening if the proxy location changes to another country or region.
Why it matters:
Location inconsistencies are strong detection signals for many platforms.
When this is triggered:
Proxy switches to another country
ISP or proxy routing changes region
Proxy provider assigns geographically different nodes
4. Do Not Open Profiles When Synchronization Fails
What it does:
Prevents profiles from opening when local or cloud synchronization fails.
Data checked includes:
Local storage
Browser history
Extensions
IndexedDB data
Why it matters:
Incomplete synchronization may cause fingerprint inconsistencies or data corruption, which can trigger platform detection systems.
When this is triggered:
Network interruption during sync
Cloud storage failure
Corrupted local profile data
Troubleshooting Profile Open Failures
If your profile fails to open, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check Proxy Status
Verify proxy server is online
Confirm username and password
Test proxy connection separately
Step 2: Verify IP Stability
Confirm proxy IP has not changed
Ensure proxy location matches previous sessions
Step 3: Check Network Connection
Confirm stable internet connection
Retry profile synchronization
Step 4: Review Settings
You may temporarily disable certain protections if:
You are testing proxies
You intentionally use rotating IPs
You are troubleshooting connection issues
⚠️ Disabling protection may increase exposure risk.
