For resetting a member whose status is "Seat expired", which could be the result if reducing total number of seats, you will need to have the relevant operation permission, and you will need to have enough available seats to assign.
Locate the Expired seat:
Navigate to the "Members" section of your dashboard
Look for the member whose "Status" indicates "Seat expired" you want to reset.
Initiate the reset process:
On the row corresponding to the expired member, you will see a circular arrow icon next to the "Seat expired" status.
Click on this circular arrow icon.
Confirm restore status:
A "Confirm restore status" dialog box will appear. This dialog serves as a crucial reminder:
This will take up one of your total seat quota.
You will have two options:
Cancel: Click this button if you do not wish to proceed with restoring the seat at this time. The dialog will close, and the seat will remain expired.
Confirm: Click this button if you understand and agree to restore the seat, consuming one of your quotas.
Verify seat restoration:
Once you click "Confirm," the system will process the request.
The "Status" for that member should change from "Seat expired" to an active status.
The member should now have access to the system according to their assigned role and data access.
