If you have upgraded from Starter plan to either Team plan, Pro plan or Enterprise plan, you can get additional profiles besides the base plan. But for Starter plan, getting additional profiles is not supported.
1. Get additional profiles
Click the [Add profiles] button over at the Additional profiles section.
I. Accessing the "Add additional profiles" popup window
This window appears when you choose to add more profiles to your existing plan.
II. Selecting additional profiles
Additional profiles: Use the slider to select the desired number of additional profiles. You can drag the indicator to increase the quantity.
Tooltip: The number displayed above the slider indicates the current amount of additional profiles you have selected. For adding additional profiles, the amount needs to be higher than your current additional profiles.
The range of profiles available to select from is indicated below the slider.
Note that each plan will have it's own max additional profile limit.
Cost per profiles: Directly below the slider, you'll see the pricing structure for the additional profiles.
III. Payment details
Payment due: This displays the total amount that will be charged for the selected additional profiles.
Payment method:
My account: Select this option if you wish to pay using the MostLogin balance payment method.
IV. Finalizing your payment
Confirm: Click this button to finalize your selection and proceed with adding the specified number of additional profiles to your subscription.
The additional profiles added will take affect immediately.
2. Remove profiles
If you would like to remove additional profiles, click the [Remove profiles] button.
On the popup window, choose the amount of additional profiles you need.
Note that for removing profiles, you can only slide to the left which is less than your current additional profiles.
The change will take affect immediately. You may lose opening access to certain profiles.
