The advanced search function supports both quick select and combination search.

Click the icon (circled) on the top right of the Profiles tab and you will see the search options.

1. Quick select

Five categories are available for quick select.

  • All (default category): This is the default view when you access the profile advanced search section. "All" displays every browser profile that you have access to.

  • Assigned to me: Selecting this category will filter the profiles to show only those that have been specifically assigned to your user account.

  • Transferred to me: This category displays profiles that have been transferred to your ownership or management from another user.

  • Opened: Choosing this option will filter the list to show only the profiles that are currently active and open

  • Starred: This category allows you to view profiles that you have marked as "starred".

2. Combined search

2.1 No. (Number)

This field allows you to search for profiles by their unique identification number.

  • Specify: Click this button to enter a single, exact profile number in the "Enter" field.

  • Range: Click this button to search for profiles within a numerical range. You would then enter the start and end numbers of the range in the "Min" and "Max" fields (e.g., "100" - "200").

2.2 Title

This field allows you to search for profiles based on their assigned title.

  • Start with: Select this option to find profiles whose titles begin with the text you enter.

  • Include: Select this option to find profiles whose titles contain the text you enter anywhere within them.

  • Empty: Select this option to find profiles that do not have a title assigned.

2.3 Folders

This field allows you to filter profiles by the folders they are assigned to.

  • Multi-select dropdown: Click the dropdown arrow to reveal a list of your existing folders. You can select one or more folders from this list to view profiles contained within them.

2.4 Proxy

This field allows you to search for profiles associated with a specific proxy host.

  • Filter by Host

  • Filter by Server IP

  • Filter by Proxy list

2.5 Custom order

This field functions similarly to the "No." field, allowing you to search based on a customized order.

  • Specify: Click this button to enter a single, exact order number in the adjacent "Enter" field.

  • Range: Click this button to search for profiles within a custom order range.

2.6 Remark

This field allows you to search for profiles based on any custom remarks or notes you've added.

  • Precise (Dropdown): Click this dropdown to choose your search precision, enter the precise remark to search.

  • Include: Type the remark or part of the remark you are searching for.

2.7 Create time

This field allows you to search for profiles within one-month time range.

  • Start date - End date: select a range that's less than a month to narrow down your profiles search.

2.8 ID

This field allows you to search for profiles by a unique ID (You will need to have the ID information first).

  • Enter field: Type the specific ID you are searching for.

2.9 Status

This field allows you to filter profiles by their current operational status.

  • All: Select this to view profiles regardless of their status.

  • Opened: Select this to view profiles that are currently open.

  • Ready: Select this to view profiles that are prepared and ready for use.

  • Clear: Click this button to reset all search fields to their default empty or "All" states.

  • Confirm: Click this button to apply your selected search criteria and display the results.

Tips for effective searching

  • Combine multiple fields for more precise results (e.g., "Title" + "Folder" + "Status").

  • Regularly clear the search fields if you are performing many different searches to avoid carrying over old criteria.
